Yahweh disappoints.
Yahweh fulfils his promises.
The truest oxymoron there ever was. I’m not gonna pretend to be happy knowing that little of the prayers were answered in the positive, but there was a scripture that I heard this morning that I’m holding on to.
Romans 5:5 (NLT) – And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.
Thank you for your love and your spirit. I will still live in expectation because to not do so means that I’ve lost all hope and I truly don’t want to return to that state of being. Thank you Yahweh for who you are. Your amazing promises.
