And today!!!! Went nothing according to plan. After lunch it was the intent to check out a resource centre and then maybe chill by a beach. The resource centre was closed and we ended up going on completely unplanned hikes. Absolutely totally fun. Then as we headed home, passed by the home of a friend and realised they were home. Since my sister-in-law was only here for a short, we stopped by. When three intelligent (if I do say so myself) women meet up, conversation is awesome. Now I’m home. Gonna shower. Give myself a facial (not necessarily in that order) and then read. Totally tired. But also totally awesome. Thank you for today. Your guidance. Your love. I love you. Today was awesome.
Yahweh, today was not like my usual day. Thank you for your love. Your grace. Cleanse me of all that is not of you. Forgive me. Reveal where I have wronged someone and help me to make it right. I bring the department before you. There is good and bad. Show us to hold on to the good and to let go of the bad. Help us to honour you in the way we work. Yahweh, if persons have to move, please move them. Help us to move as one unit in you. Thank you for your grace in our lives. You are my God and my King. You are victorious and that is the most wonderful thing. You are a great God and I love you.
You know there is a reason why Jesus went off alone to pray. When you are with others, that dedicated time for prayer is difficult to accomplish. This is different from living with a posture of prayer and worship which I believe we should always be in. While I didn’t get to separate and pray as my usual; we shared, we bonded, we were out in nature. It was awesome. What was interesting though is that we both got the message to wait. And by nature, we’re both get up and go personalities. You know what you’re doing yes, and I’m going to wait on you. This victory is not won by horses and chariots but by you. Thank you for your victory. In your name and for your glory and for our good.
