Today at work I was only able to address two things. The letter that came yesterday accusing us of victimisation. I was wracking my brain trying to figure out when I victimised this person. I called this morning and listened to the issues. I was in shock. At no point were they referred to me, but I am the one dealing with that estate and the sad thing is? They were relatively simple issues to deal with or at least explain. Sigh. I apologised to them on behalf of the department. It’s sad. Yahweh, I pray that our department will be able to resolve these HR issues. It’s truly disturbing what is happening, but I am thankful that I was able to address your concerns and they will be sorted out soon.

And I’m off to the gym! Whooohooo! (Shameface) This morning I was so dragging my feet for the morning exercise.
