James 1:27 – Pure, unstained religion, according to God our Father, is to take care of orphans and widows when they suffer and to remain uncorrupted by this world.
This here is why I don’t believe denominations are “important” in Yahweh’s eyes. You may be in any denomination and worshiping in spirit and in truth. You’re doing what Yahweh has called you to. You’re good then.
James 2:24 – You see that a person receives God’s approval because of what he does, not only because of what he believes.
When you believe, you would live in such a way that shows that belief. And I’m reminded of the scripture (2 Corinthians 4:13), I believe therefore I spoke. And also of the archaic meaning of conversation being behaviour.
James 3:16 – Wherever there is jealousy and rivalry, there is disorder and every kind of evil.
If everywhere we go there is confusion, check the common denominator.
