And today it was the strangest feeling not being able to call when I wanted to. Not able to listen to something as I would usually when in the car. And as much as I’m praying for Yahweh to work things out. As much as I’m doing the work to work things out as instructed, I’m recognizing that with the phone issue, he’s saying I need to wait. Because it doesn’t seem to matter which way I turn, it doesn’t work out.
It doesn’t seem to matter which way I turn, it doesn’t work out. Dad offered his secondary sim today when he realised that I couldn’t make calls. My phone is supposed to be a dual sim phone. Turns out it’s a dualish sim phone. It’s either two sim cards or a sim card and a micro SD card. But it can’t have two sims and an SD card.
What am I learning? To not complain. To adapt to a situation. Not necessary to accept the bad as given but to realise that sometimes we have to endure an unusual season for Yahweh to work. A preacher said yesterday that many times Yahweh is getting ready to provide and to bless, but instead of being patient, we swipe a card or purchase ourselves. Truthfully at this moment I desire Yahweh to bless. Would I purchase a phone if I had the funds? I probably would have. But I want to see Yahweh perform, work miracles. Yes, even for my phone. He will do it. I have to stop depending on myself for everything and trust Yahweh.
