When Yahweh is building your patience and working things out at the same time. Lol. There is an officer who does not do her work very well. Yesterday, our requisitions were signed off on and were to be sent to procurement. This morning, I inquired from the director about the book. She said it went to procurement. No problem. Five minutes ago, I walked out of my office to go downstairs and passed the procurement officer in the hallway. After saying hi, she asked how come you didn’t send the book back? I was puzzled and said the book was sent to her. She said she got nothing. (Sigh). So when I went downstairs, I went in search of the book. Couldn’t find it. Eventually contacted the officer only to be told that the book was sent to Accounts. So I called the driver to collect it. So yes, building my patience (this officer has been making countless mistakes, because most of the time she’s on her phone). But working it out also, because we connected soon enough to catch the mistake.
Yahweh, thank you for being in control.
Ohhh. The AC guy came this morning. Seems that a new condenser is needed for my AC. I pray that it comes soon cause the days are getting hotter.Â
There are two thoughts on my mind:Â
- Time moves quickly when you’re moving in Yahweh’s purpose. There were so many things I said no to, and yet it feels like the days are so short to do all that I am supposed to. I pray. I know that by Yahweh’s grace it would be accomplished.Â
- Some things get harder. And I believe just before a breakthrough (this isn’t my theory though. I am just restating it). These days I have to push through tiredness to get to the gym. It would be so easy to say, oh I could miss today. I have things to do that Yahweh wants me to do. And I do. But he also wants me to be disciplined here. I also want to be disciplined. So even though it feels tiring today. I will push through. Thank you for your strength Yahweh.Â
