Yesterday we had a site visit. It was so cold and rainy that we took off the AC and all in the vehicle. Today on another site visit, like the sun decided it needed vengeance because it was overshadowed yesterday. It was hot!
1 John 5:14 – We are confident that God listens to us if we ask for anything that has his approval.
Yahweh are you reading my mind? Are you rearranging the cosmos to answer and confirm? You absolutely are. Why else would I open my bible app and see this as the verse of today in direct response to my previous statement?
Thank you for hearing us and for correcting us when we ask outside of your will. Thank you for knowing what is best for us.

Wow. My friend just quit her job. She was so frustrated that she literally just quit. Yahweh, I pray that you will continue to be with her and that she will seek your face. Thank you for your grace over her life – strengthen her in you.
Exercise in Patience
And today was an exercise in patience on the road. I had to go to the mall to get vital supplies (not crix), then to the gas station and I met a lot of traffic because the water company was digging up the road. I finally got past that obstacle and headed to the gas station. There was a line there and someone changing $400 into smaller bills at the one cashier at the gas station. That was a wait. And then, from the gas station, there was a long line to my lane and eventually I turned into another lane just to get out. I got to the highway and was in the right turning lane to connect to where I needed to go. I was standing in that line when I realised that the electricity company was blocking that road. Definitely patience. But on my way home there was one minor hold up that was totally worth it. A vehicle two spots in front of me stopped to let three baby chickens cross the road. They looked lost and I didn’t see a mother around. I hope they make it.
