I am being tortured. Tortured I tell you. At this sermon that already has me in tears. I’m not against this type of statistics, but I don’t have the desire to sit through an evening of Math. Yahweh, help me. Save me.
Shameface. I had to retract my statement. Dude legit had some valid info to share that was beyond statistics and the tiny, tiny numbers he had us reading. Amen for that. Tonight I actually shared with someone your word regarding marriage. The truth is, when I thought about the home that’s still only on paper, I was a bit discouraged: if I got the timing wrong, what else did I get wrong? And at that moment the words of a song was highlighted for me, “He keeps every promise, I’ll never be forsaken.” And I have to rest assured that he will because he is Yahweh! His word must come to pass.

Yahweh, I pray for Deon and his family. Restoration lies with you. I pray for restoration of their marriage. Help them to work things out. To lean unto you. To honour you. Forgive them of their unfaithfulness. Let your will be done. This is my prayer in Jesus’ name. Amen.
