I like to believe that I’m a woman of my word. If I say 4:00 p.m., I will be there. That if something happens I would call, message or something because it’s basic courtesy. Can you please explain to me why an official consultation have people waiting 30 minutes? Twenty minutes after start time, they said they were starting in five minutes. Ten minutes have passed since then and nothing. Sigh. Or maybe that should be a SMH. As one of the attendees said, “We can do better than this.” I could have been listening to a sermon or something. Or is this part of me developing patience?
I feel like my time is being wasted at this presentation. I’m still sticking around hoping for improvement, but apparently my taxes don’t count as only the people on the other island pay taxes. SMH.
I need a sermon. I need to sketch. Because they are getting me a little vex. This proposal is so pie in the sky it’s sad. Btw – who puts a water park in a ship terminal? Well obviously they can but it’s definitely not where I would put it. It reminds me of the longest bridge that was recently built, but it is limited in use and the people from the area all complain that the money spent was not justified giving it actual usage.

Thank you Yahweh for today. It’s evening and (in my opinion) the day has come to an end. Thank you for your grace, strength and provision for today. Thank you for your love for me. Today was a different type of day for me and in a way it felt a bit strange. I didn’t do any intense Bible study. It started out by choosing to just be quiet in his presence. And yes I did read the bible. Psalm 16. While I usually check out more than one version, today I read the chapter in about five versions. It’s the first time I’ve done that and it brought an interesting perspective to the reading. Thank you for your inspiration and your word. Thank you for who you are.
