I love my job. I do – despite the days where it’s frustrating, the underpaid situation. But the conversation and plans that come from working on “private” projects is not there. And today at a consultation, I realised that I missed that. I miss that part. I’m not sure how to go about rectifying that, but Yahweh I need guidance. How to re-introduce that in a real time regular basis professionally and personally. Please and thank you. Guidance is needed.
