It’s official. I’m getting old. I’ve seen more grey hairs pop in in the last year and surprisingly this year I’ve been the least stressed. Though please don’t make me have too many grey hairs. I do not want to look like anyone’s mother.
There are those days that you just want to take it easy. And I just realised why I want the quiet today. My introverted soul went from a music morning with a lot of people, 95% of whom I did not know. Then dropping my nephew to work, taking the youths to the river, meeting up with those who I sang with last weekend then soaking my feet on the beach at 12am. It was a long, long (but fun) day yesterday. Recharge is definitely needed before work tomorrow.
Actually wanted to finish my study of Isaiah 55:10-13, but don’t even have the brain power for it. But reading I can do.
