My old trainer clearly missed us. He was in the gym today for his own workout and decided to train some of his former regulars too. Twas fun. I say with a completely straight face. Lol. It was, but a different type of intense from my current trainer. 

And I have to work on my birthday.

It’s going to be an early night tonight. Tomorrow, leaving home about 5:30 to go on a hike. Like what?! Lol. Thank you for your message today. Thank you for preparing me. It’s a lot of work, things that I wasn’t even aware of about myself. Help me to grow with you. Thank you.
