My bread decided to misbehave today. Some didn’t take colour, some slightly burnt. But it does taste good though.

Oh taste and see that the Lord is good, oh blessed is he who hides in him.Â
The good news? The Bread of Life is never burnt, overcooked, undercooked. His words are perfect every time, exactly what we need every time. Hmmmm. There are many references to Jesus being nourishment in some way: bread, water etc. The original sin had to do with food also. Maybe that’s why so many references of who Christ is has to do with food – so that desire to eat otherwise would be filled by Christ and not something forbidden. Just a thought.Â
