It’s the end of the work week. I’m visiting a church tomorrow that is having a music day. Haven’t been there in a long while and definitely haven’t been to a music celebration in a while either. It should be fun. Thank you for today. Thank you for your endless mercy and love. You’re a good God you know that? And I’m grateful that you are in my life. Like in all parts of my life. Even the ugly parts. Because you will make them beautiful in your time.
I’m realising that there are some things that don’t seem real until I say them out loud. Not just write or think them, but say out loud. And there are definitely parts of me that you’re working on that it’s only when I speak it out loud that I truly start to accept it. So fair warning, Imma be speaking plenty things out loud to you, because I need to. Thank you for listening.
Yahweh, your people. We need your help. I’m not even gonna specify because you know what help we need. Help to see you in all things and to trust you in all things.
Remember JoeJoe. Strengthen him in you. I haven’t been able to contact him, but I know that you have. Heal this heart: restore him to you. To his home, his family. I pray that he will seek you always and trust you.
I also bring before you Steph. I’m not walking out back with her. I am leaving her in your care. On your altar. I pray that she hears you. Not as an abstract or second hand, but you. Help her to understand which way you want her to go. Place your hedge around her so that nothing can pierce through and cause har,. Thank you for your protection against evil spirits. Against those who are seeking to cause harm or delay. I pray for a spirit of discernment that she would see right from wrong. She would know which way to turn. Touch her marriage. Their marriage. Two became one under you. I pray that they remain in you. That they would trust you to lead and that they would follow. Wrap them in your cords of love. Your hope. This is my prayer in the name of Jesus. Amen.
