You’ve done so much for me. I cannot tell it all.
If I had ten thousand tongues, it still won’t be enough.
Thank you Yahweh for all that you’ve done for me. You are full of love. You are love personified and you shower us with who you are. You have done a lot for us, for me. And I give you all the honour and glory. There is no one like you and nothing we do can change that. You took the time to make us. You take the time to take care of us and to plan for us. Crafting out each day for our benefit. Thank you Yahweh for who you are. For guiding and leading. For your sacrifice that reached across the ages and saved us. Thank you for your Spirit that dwells in us, amongst us. Yahweh, as I go out today, I pray for your power and strength to do what you’ve called me to do. To honour you in the way you deserve to be honoured. To be the leader that you have called me to be. To live for you. Sometimes, I plan my day and it goes more or less according to “plan” and other days it gets shifted before the day has even started. But I am thankful that you know everyday. You know your plans for me and I will walk in your will.
Yahweh, remember this family. I am thankful for the way you’ve answered prayers. The way that you protected and provided for us. I was truly shocked at the answered prayer that resulted in the moving out of folks. But I truly did not realise how much we were held hostage by the actions of the people. There has been such a peace and quiet not just in this home, but on the street since they left and I am beyond grateful for prayers that were answered in unexpected ways.
Yahweh, I am not holding you to my expectations. I will have expectations, because for you to exceed them, I must have them in the first place. I am truly thankful for the exceedingly. The above. The more than we can ask or imagine. I am thankful that your thoughts for us, for me are beautiful. They are good. Yahweh, thank you for being amazing.
You are above every name. You are everything and I love you. Thank you Yahweh. What shall I render unto you? My heart, my mind, my very being is yours. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
Hallelujah! I’m thankful to you Lord.
Help me to keep my heart fixed on you. Help me to know and remember what you have said.
Stand still and see the salvation of the Lord.
Don’t keep looking back.
Press forward to what you are calling me into.
Yahweh. I am thankful. For all you’ve done and for all you’ll ever do. I am thankful to you.
So, so, so. So often you send your reminders in unexpected ways. Well unexpected to me.
Proverbs 3:5-6 – Trust the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths smooth.
I know how this scripture is usually presented: Yahweh will tell you what to do just allow him to lead. And this is absolutely true. But as I listened to the discussion statement from the verse of the day, they reference specifically salvation. So often we try to earn salvation by our contributions, our busyness, but that’s not what Yahweh is saying: we need to trust him to save us. Trust him to do what he says he will do. To do the impossible. Trust him to answer.
It is not of my own that anything is accomplished, but by your power. Thank you Yahweh for your power at work in our lives. I’m grateful. I will trust you in everything. For everything.
