Good Morning Yahweh. I got up this morning and realised that I need some proper time off. I’m tired. Truthfully, I wish I could leave the country but unless resources change significantly, it won’t be possible, but I need proper rest. I am truly tired. Fifteen days. Three weeks. Sleep.

Thank you for a new day. Almost everyday I think of this text:

Lamentations 3:21-23 – “The reason I can still find hope is that I keep this one thing in mind: the Lord’s mercy. We were not completely wiped out. His compassion is never limited. It is new every morning. His faithfulness is great.

Your compassion is never limited. Usually the only limits are those we place on you. But you of yourself are never limited. Thank you for loving me, for your faithfulness to me. I can’t even begin to count the ways that you are faithful. You chose us. You love us with an everlasting love and go out of your way (though everywhere is your way) to show us, to show me your love. In reading Esther last night, I spoke (or rather called it) a reversal of fortunes. Both Esther and Mordecai. For Esther it happened in a year. For Mordecai it took seven years. But you were with them the whole time. You know what I find interesting? Thinking back on it now? It does not really appear as though Esther or Mordecai spent a lot of time in prayer etc. (not saying that they didn’t). Actually, in many of these stories, it’s not usually mentioned, yet there was something that still allowed you to use them. Esther was still afraid after five years in the palace. Mordecai on the flipside seemed to have no fear. But you still used them. You still loved them. You still heard their cries and the cries of your people.

Yahweh, thank you for hearing our cries. Thank you for your mercies towards us. You don’t leave us or forsake us even if the situation is of our making once we turn to you. Thank you for your leading. I pray for your continued help, to be free from these financial shackles. I don’t want to live my life in debt. I’m paying down (though for some I don’t even know the status and I’m trying not to let it bother me), but it feels like a losing battle. Show me what I ought to do.

Okay. I’m going to trust you – again. Lol. Trust you to lead. Trust you to provide. Armmm. What to do about Kindle and things like that? Thank you for your provision. For your grace and for loving me.

Singing

Great is your mercy towards me.

Your loving kindness towards me

Your tender mercy I see.

Day after day.

Forever faithful towards me

Always providing for me.

Great is your mercy towards me.

Great is your grace.

(Great is Your Mercy – Donnie McClurkin)

Thank you Yahweh. I love you.

Singing

Come let us worship our King

Come let us bow at His feet

He has done great things

See what our Saviour has done

See how His love overcomes

He has done great things

He has done great things

(Great Things – Phil Wickham)

Thank you. I know it may seem small, but it isn’t to me. Deciding to go into Kindle Unlimited and saw a month’s trial offer. I wasn’t able to pay the monthly fee this month and I am thankful for your provision. You are worthy of it all.

It’s an awesome feeling. Got to work early and was able to complete a lot of work (today was a paperwork day). Happy Dance. Annnddd! Faints. One of my articles on Medium was read! Like what?!!
