It is so easy to get stuck in a routine. And I know I spoke about this before, but it kind of hit me again. I was here lamenting that I didn’t “spend time” with Yahweh because I did not sit at my desk with my journal in one hand and Bible in the other or I didn’t listen to a sermon. And thoughts running through my head. And then I realised (duh!!) I was spending time with him. I was being intentional. I was reading the Bible. No journal per se. If a scripture touched me I would jot it down. But I was reading the Bible yet saying I wasn’t spending time with Yahweh. I promise you, I did pass Maths (with a one to boot) but this time my maths wasn’t mathsing.
Thank you Yahweh for the recalibration.
