You know, I truly don’t mean to be upset by what happened, but it was hurtful. The elder came with four forks. There were four of us here at the moment. She refused to give one to me and I am honestly bothered by it. I went to my vehicle hoping to find an eating utensil and thank Yahweh, I did. I still shared my napkins though. Just was sad. I’m a member of this church, but it’s hard to consider myself a part of this community.
I’m trying. I know it’s where I’m supposed to be. It’s just not always easy though. Yahweh, help me not to hold on to malice or hate in my heart to anyone. I know it’s okay to feel hurt, but I don’t want to hold on to the hurt. Keep me in your will. Strengthen me in you. Yahweh, I pray for our church. Help us to have vision, to build our relationships, to be ministers for you, the way you desire us to be. Let your will be done. This is my prayer in the name of Jesus. Amen.
