One the lowest Cardinal number.
Ephesians 4: 5, 6 – There is one lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is over everything, through everything and in everything.Â
Only one. There is no other. Even the father, son and spirit operate as one. Cannot be divided. 1 / 1 = 1. 1 * 1 = 1. Unity. They operate as one; so should we. They perform different functions; so should we but under one spirit with one goal.
Colossians 3:15 – Also let Christ’s peace control you. God has called you into this peace by bringing you into one body.
God is One. He desires us to be one with him. Moving in sync with each other. He also desires for us as his people to be as one; in one accord. We can’t work together unless we agree.
Amos 3:3 – Can two walk together, except they be agreed?Â
One is coming together, agreement.
So numbers are important. But I am not sure I should do a deep dive into all numbers because that feels like a rabbit hole for distraction. However if I come up on a number repeatedly I will study it.
