prelude to solitude

As part of this journey, in addition to journalling, exercising, mindfulness, I will also take at least 30 minutes and sit in a public space. Can’t promise that it would be somewhere like the mall, but would start by the esplanade, instead of just sitting in my car with the windows up. This morning I feel calm. I pray that my feelings throughout today remain comfortable ones and that if uncomfortable ones surface that I will be able to address them.

I went walking through town today. The aim was to sit for a while on the esplanade, but there were no shaded unoccupied areas. So I walked part of the esplanade.

With God ALL things are possible. I can change. I can improve.
