12:16 pm : finally at my desk
I don’t think I have words for this morning went,but I will say thank you. Thank you for your direction, your grace and your words. Thank you.
The Story:
During a meeting this morning, I received a call from a client. I messaged that I will call back later. But after the meeting, we decided to drive up to the area and met the police and all sorts on site. I was in shock. Listening to the situation, we met with the other entities and the police “off camera” and came to the consensus that resulted in the decision that no charges will be laid. I was “asked” to relay the information to the person and then thankfully they all left. No one was charged. Yayyy!!
But see me walking the place and mediating barefoot because I had heels from the meeting and my flats were at the office. I did not want to fall flat on my face or twist my ankle, so barefoot it was. But so thankful that it worked out.
Truthfully, a lot of things can be avoided if we speak to people properly.
5:56 pm : at the edge of my bed
I’m sitting here needing to take off the day. Actually got a call about thirty minutes ago and was like I’m going to shower. But I also need to de-stress. Today was a day. It was an exercise in patience! Lol. Fuh real.
8:38 pm : in my bed, tired.
So tired that I forgot that I had a meeting this evening. I’m sorry. Yahweh, thank you for today. It was crazy, hectic, weird, but your presence was definitely in the midst. Thank you for your protection and your love. No complaints. I’m just thankful.
What am I thankful for today?
- The Spirit of God.
- My mind just went blank. Sigh. I’m thankful that no one was hurt or arrested.
- Ohhhh!! I finally received the plans from the draughtsman, but I haven’t even had the chance to look at it. Yahweh, I pray that the cost isn’t high and two for the provision of the resources to build.
