My Father, my Friend. Thank you for this new day. Thank you for the movement in my body. Thank you for life, health and strength. Lol. I know, it’s a classic prayer but it’s true. You are the reason for all three so I want to thank you.
Yahweh, I have sinned. Because I’m alive. Cleanse me Yahweh and heal my unfaithfulness. I pray that as I walk each day that I will be drawn closer to you. That I will always know when you speak. Yahweh, I lift up the church community. Help our unbelief: that we don;t just believe for the “small” things in life, but that we believe you for the “big” things. The things that seem so difficult to fo in our own eyes and definitely so in our own strength. But nothing is too difficult in you, for you. So help our unbelief that we will know the “more” of you. The more that desires that we witness more about you. The more that calls us to our destiny in you. The more that sees past a mansion in heaven and sees a home for people here. Help us to see “more” of you everyday and what you desire of us.
Thank you for who you are. Thank you for loving us and keeping us. Help us to do more in you. I love you.
Ephesians 3:20 – Glory belongs to God, whose power is at work in us. By this power he can do infinitely more than we can ask or imagine.
Joseph: He believed the dream that his brothers would bend the knee to him.
Genesis 37:6-7 – He said to them, “Please listen to the dream I had. We were tying grain into bundles out in the field, and suddenly mine stood up. It remained standing while your bundles gathered around my bundle and bowed down to it.”
Sidebar: Perfect example of why sometimes we have to keep the dreams Yahweh has given us to ourselves until the appointed time. Hmmmm. Though maybe it was the appointed time so that his brothers would be jealous and do what they did. He believed the dream, but then there is the more.
Genesis 41:41 – Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I now put you in charge of Egypt.”
He thought it would just be his brothers. It was all of Egypt.
Jairus: Believed that his daughter would be healed.
Luke 8:41-42 – A man named Jairus, a synagogue leader, arrived and quickly bowed down in front of Jesus. He begged Jesus to come to his home. His only daughter, who was about twelve years old, was dying. As Jesus went, the people were crowding around him.
The more:
Luke 8:54-55 – But Jesus took her hand and called out, “Child, get up!” 55 She came back to life and got up at once. He ordered her parents to give her something to eat.
Solomon: He was the third king of Israel. He was young and inexperienced. Yahweh came to him and asked him what he desired of him. His response/request?
1 Kings 3:9 – Give me a heart that listens so that I can judge your people and tell the difference between good and evil. After all, who can judge this great people of yours?”
And the more:
1 Kings 3:13 – I’m also giving you what you haven’t asked for—riches and honor—so that no other king will be like you as long as you live.
Lazarus: Though of a truth it’s really Martha. She believed that Jesus would heal her brother and when he didn’t, she believed that he would be resurrected in the last day.
John 11:24 – Martha answered Jesus, “I know that he’ll come back to life on the last day, when everyone will come back to life.”
But Jesus desired significantly more for them than that. Though at that resurrection there will be no more death at all.
John 11:44 – The dead man came out. Strips of cloth were wound around his feet and hands, and his face was wrapped with a handkerchief. Jesus told them, “Free Lazarus, and let him go.”
Yahweh does so much more than what we often believe for. But he does ask that we believe him for something. Even if it’s a small thing, he can use that small thing and do more. But what happens when we don’t believe?
Matthew 13:58 – He didn’t work many miracles there because of their lack of faith.
He needs for us to believe. To have faith. So that he can work and do exceedingly more.
Yahweh, I pray that I would believe what you said. I pray for this family, this church, that we will believe you and take you at your word. So that you will do what you promised – more.
Help us Yahweh to trust you more.
Help us to do more for you. Help us to bless others more. To be more in you. Thank you for the more of you. For showing us more of who you are and what you desire of us. Thank you for all that you are. I love you.

Yahweh, I pray for your divine guidance. That as I go out each day, I will hear and understand your voice, which way you desire me to go. Yahweh, thank you for rescuing me. For showing me that I cannot rescue myself and I really can’t. Thank you for who you are. Help me to be patient in this season. To recognise when you are calling me forward and where you are calling me to. Help me to trust you and to hold on to you no matter what happens. Thank you for your deliverance that you alone can achieve. Thank you. I love you.

MORE
HOLD
Hold has different meaning though or can be used in different ways.
Move out of the hold.
Stop holding on to it.
Hold on to Yahweh.
