- What the wilderness says to me as God is cultivating me. How it cultivates my identity.
- The wilderness gives audacity to adjust your appetite. You become hungry for what will actually fill you. You become careful about what you can and cannot consume.
- Maximises our resources in the wilderness.
- Create a standard for what you are doing in this season.
If you are expecting failure, you’ll get it.
If you are expecting faithfulness from God, you will see him everywhere.
Yahweh, I pray for your renewal daily. I don’t want to fall back into the way I used to be. Even in this pandemic, I hear so many saying, they can’t wait for things to get back to normal. But the “new normal” is appropriate because the old things have passed away. All things have become new. And even in the next season of my life, help me not to be afraid of change. To ensure that my attitude is right, to ensure that I am aligned with you, that each day is a deeper understanding, a richer understanding, a closer walk with you.
Lol. Sigh. So we were all leaving home together and PC came home. He got out of his car and then came and started staring into our car. Then he started to quarrel – quietly. I had to smile, not because he was quarrelling, but because of the quiet way he was doing it. Something three months ago would not have been happening.Â
We went kite flying, well truthfully, Ron and Dad flew the kites. Mom and I watched. It was fun. They lost one kite to the trees though. But that’s the thing with kite flying. Kites can decide to fly away.
