Singing
It’s your breath in my lungs, so I pour out my praise and worship. Great are you Lord!
Psalm 145:1-3 – I will highly praise you, my God, the king. I will bless your name forever and ever. I will bless you every day. I will praise your name forever and ever. The Lord is great, and he should be highly praised. His greatness is unsearchable.
Isaiah 12:5-6 – Make music to praise the Lord. He has done wonderful things. Let this be known throughout the earth. Shout loudly, and sing with joy, people of Zion! The Holy One of Israel is great. He is among you.”
Jeremiah 10:6 – No one is like you, O Lord. You are great. Your name is powerful.
You are great! Thank you for who you are. There is none in heaven or on earth that is like you. You are magnificent in your splendour and nothing we can do or say can even match or fully express how great you are. You are God and I worship you. You are amazing, almighty, glorious, personal, loving, my father and my friend. My Saviour and Lord. You reign in my what and you deserve the honour and the glory. You are great and greatly to be praised.
You are worthy of every word spoken.
You are worthy of every song written.
You are worthy that every breath should be of you. Because every breath comes from you.
You are worthy. The only one who is.
You are great.
You are my God and my king.
And I will praise you until you take my breath away.
In every situation, you are great.
In every moment, you are great.
No matter what it looks like.
You are GREAT!!
Today I asked the Director to let the staff stay home. When I left home, the roads were bad, visibility was next to nothing. If they did not have to leave home, let them stay home. Thankfully she did. I know people love to say, “Oh still go out to work.” But I’ve seen enough accidents happen in this type of weather.
Yahweh, I am tired of depending on myself. I’m so tired. I’m tired of not having support and I honestly try not to focus on it, but I’m tired. Can you be my support? Can you provide support for me? Because there is not one to turn to. When I am in trouble, who do I call? Is there anyone here? I’m tired. And I didn’t even know I’m tired. Right now there isn’t even anyone that I can tell how bad thighs have gotten. The saddest part of it? So many times, I’m the one bailing out others, but no one is there for me. Correction, mom is there in a way. I am thankful for that. This season really hurts.
Yahweh, keep me in your will. Help me to trust you even though everything seems impossible this season. Everything looks like it’s getting worse. Help me to hold on to you. To trust your word. You never said it would be easy, but that it would be worth it. Teach me what I need to know and understand. Show me what I ought to do. In your name I pray.
