Spread the love

So the tracker on the website suggested some hacks to increase traffic to the blog.

  1. Post similar content as on other popular blogs.
  2. Steal ideas from your competitors.
  3. Create content specifically for readers.
  4. Include popular keywords in the post.

The truth is, it’s tempting (not the steal part), but one of the things I have to embrace is that this is not like other content out there. I am still not 100% sure why Yahweh said to do this other than sharing his word. If it’s meant to reach that one, then it’s served its purpose. If it’s meant to reach 1000 then it’s served its purpose. What I know without a doubt is that stealing others’ ideas is not in Yahweh’s plan. Throwing in keywords that isn’t part of what he says to do is not in his plan. So my choice is one: Do what he says or do what the tracker says? Guess what? I know Yahweh. The tracker is a faceless bot. But I’m gonna go with Yahweh, he has not failed me yet. You know a thought came to mind as I said, Yahweh has never failed me yet. He hasn’t. But I recognise that I’ve been disappointed. And I know this sounds bad. But I have been. Things that did not work out. Pain, heartbreak and many other things. But (wow, that’s a lot of buts), disappointments don’t mean failure. Disappointments don’t mean that Yahweh has failed. It means that what I expected did not come to pass, but what he desires will. Thank you Yahweh for never failing me even when I am disappointed. Thank you for looking down the road and knowing what is best. I love you.

TODAY’S THANKFUL TALLY

  1. Disappointments but not failures.
  2. Waiting for the rain.
  3. Yahweh will not allow me to die or decay!
