He Speaks to Us

Yahweh loves us too much not to speak to us. Think about it. We speak everyday to our family and friends. How/why would we think Yahweh wouldn’t want to speak with us? It’s something that we are often tricked into believing but try to resist. And even if we think he’s not talking to us, we should talk to him with expectation of return. 

Thank you Yahweh for your desire to be with us. Thank you for changing me, preparing me. This morning as I took out my dinner as breakfast, it became obvious that I physically could not eat all unless I wanted to be sick. And that amount was the serving from the restaurant – funny thing watching others eat last night, it didn’t look like plenty. And I just realized that the restaurant also used some huge plates. Probably why nutritionists would say use a smaller plate to help with portion control. 

Thank you for opening my eyes to see what is around me. Thank you for your love.

Isaiah 62:2-3 – The nations will see your righteousness. All kings will see your glory. You will be given a new name that the Lord will announce. Then you will be a beautiful crown in the hand of the Lord, a royal crown in the hand of your God.

One thing I’ve observed with restoration. It cannot be hidden. A lot of the preparation stages are not seen by others and even by the person being restored, but in that phase where the building is going on (just after but kinda still including the preparation stage), it starts to become visible. Many times only by those who are observant. Have you ever been walking a route for a while and all of a sudden notice a complete building there? The work was going on all the time, but we didn’t notice. And then we say it’s an overnight success. Not in the least. Work has to be done.

But when restored the glory has to go to Yahweh, not to ourselves. He will give us a crown so that we can give glory to him and he will have his own crown. 

SIDEBAR: I feel human again! I had to go back and sleep because I could barely focus, I felt so tired. Yesterday was a long day. But I’m up and feeling much better! Thank you.
