So I don’t seem to lose weight when I fast. But who knows if there will be a difference this time? We shall see.

I’m feeling wonky though. I’m not sure how to describe what I’m feeling. Though fear is not my future, on another note a neighbour has started back playing his music loudly in the evening. Sigh. There is no consideration for people.

 

TODAY’S THANKFUL TALLY

  1. Day 1 of a detox.
  2. Feeling wonky.
  3. Taking a breath.

I’m heading to my bed.

4. Realising that Yahweh answered a prayer!! In September I said that I needed guidance to opportunities to be more involved with planning and design. And he did!!
