Let’s go down to the riverside. Leave your problems all behind.
You can rest troubled minds. Down by, the riverside.
Isaiah 43:2 – When you go through the sea, I am with you. When you go through rivers, they will not sweep you away. When you walk through fire, you will not be burned, and the flames will not harm you.
Thank you for your promise. That you are with me. Someone said this evening that you have a bet on me. Now I know that you don’t gamble, but the idea was essentially what would have happened to Job. I’m not even trying to class myself in the Job category, but I often think about time. While Job lost all his physical in one day, the boils lasted a while and started a little while after losing everything else. It took time. His restoration also happened over time: he did not have ten children in one day. In everything there is a reason. And some things will always take time. Help me to be patient in this time.
I pray for your youths. That they will trust you no matter what. That though things may look uncertain, they will remember that you are a sure foundation. Thank you for who you are. I love you.
