Beach Bum Life!!

Good Monday Morning!! Guess what?!! Guess what?! Lol. I know you know, but I am on a week’s vacation! Beach bum life here I come! Well not a complete beach bum but a little bit. Thank you for waking me up this morning, it was a bit early but I decided not to go back and sleep yet. Thank you for your grace and mercy and for a new day in you. 

Thank you for being an awesome comforter and friend. Thank you for loving me unconditionally, for providing support and hope. For being God above all, for not condemning me to a life without you. 

Yahweh I pray for your church community. Help us to live for you in spirit and in truth. Help us to love you, the love of ourselves and to show that love to others. Love should not just be a word spouted from the pulpit but one that is lived in our daily lives. Sometimes I do wonder if we truly know and understand what love means. Help us Yahweh to know you truly, because you are love and you died to save us. Tangible evidence of that love. Help us to be tangible in our love to you, for ourselves and to others. 

Thank you for the example that you have set for us. Help us not to let it go to waste. Help us not to harden our hearts. Perfect your love in us.

Thank you for your restoring power, to heal, to make better than new. Thank you for being you. Today is yours in all its glory. May each step that I take be in tandem with you. Help me to show love for all that I come in contact with. Thank you for who you are in my life. I love you to you and back.

Hmmmm. I guess that’s no beach this morning? Went to make breakfast and ended up joining the parents in worship. Totally awesome. Then while making breakfast, rain came down. Not a drizzle. Not a passing cloud. Rain. So I may fall back into bed since I’m on vacation!! May clean my room though. Well tidy. Change the sheets etc. Fun first day of vacation.
